Hi girls and happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a great week so far and that you’re experiencing warmer temps than we are right now in Omaha. We caught a glimpse of Spring this past weekend but then Monday hit us with a frigid cold front and now we’re back to Winter just like that. I’m SO excited for Spring and the mere thought of it has me shopping for all things bright, white, and light right now!

One of the biggest trends happening right now – which I’m loving – are white boots/shoes!

For months (and I do mean months) I’ve been searching high and low for the right pair of white booties and let me tell you, it’s more difficult than one would think! Because white gets dirty more easily, and shows every scuff or mark, I didn’t want to spend a pretty penny on them. I also HATE when ankle booties cut into the front of your legs and give you that painful and awkward bruised skin line. I need to be able to move my feet and legs with ease because what’s the point of having fabulous shoes if you can’t walk more than three feet in them? So after months of investigating, I finally found the perfect pair! First things first – these babies are under $40 and ship fo FREE! Second, I love the slight dip in the front of the shoe because it’s flattering and elongates your leg, but also gives you plenty of range of motion! I’ve worn these 3x thus far and haven’t had any scuffs – so far, so good! I went with my normal size 6 that I wear in boots and booties and they fit great. I wear a low, no-show sock and I haven’t experienced any pinching of my toes or tightness in the heel. The side zipper makes getting them on and off a breeze! I would have definitely paid full price for these but am tickled that I didn’t have to – and neither do you!

You guyssssssss – I’m OBSESSED! It’s no secret that leopard print is my weakness but this jacket takes the cake for the most beautiful print! I adore the soft white and orangey hues, which is a unique twist on classic leopard. This bomber is the perfect piece as we transition from Winter to Spring! I’m wearing a size 6 short but should have gone with a 4, as after two wears they’re a bit looser than I prefer. I also have a bad habit of buying clothes about 2 sizes too big, so I should have just gone with my normal 4 – but I felt very bloated while ordering them online that night haha!
