Hi friends and happy Friyay! Last night Tony and I began our wedding registry at Borsheims and I’m so so excited for the items we’ve picked out thus far! We chose our tableware, flatware, stemware, serving platters & dishes, champagne flutes, cake stand & knife set! And I about died and went to heaven when I landed in the Kate Spade section of the Gift Deparment! OMG. But in all honesty, I didn’t think we would (or should, for that matter) register for much because we’ve been in our house for 6+ years and have a plethora of plates, silverware, etc. But what I realized last night is that the point of registering for wedding gifts is to ask for things you actually want and/or need! Do we desperately need new plates? No. But as we begin our life as a married couple and start to plan our family, I want us to have nice items that we chose. Together. And to my surprise, Tony picked out more than I did! I have to admit he has pretty amazing taste, and he likes to shop, too, so it was a such a fun experience! I’m working on a collaboration with Borsheims and I know you’ll guys love it, so stay tuned!
Also this past week, I got my buns to the gym for boot camp at DeVetter Fitness and that felt amazing. My Vegas Bachelorette Party is about a month away and this little lady wants to feel good rockin’ her monokini! I also firmed up two super duper exciting projects, which only proves and reaffirms that I made the right choice to take Sabby Style full-time. Faith is what led my journey and now a sh*itload of hustle is what is going to make it work!
I didn’t get to have any pool time during the week, but come this weekend I plan to camp out at my parents pool and soak up every last bit of summer! Can’t have a faded tan for Vegas, now can we. I’m unashamed to admit that I’m not quite ready to let it go just yet. Because come the dead of winter, it’s not “appropriate” to wear my favorite look, which consists of these cut-offs and wedges, paired with pink! My girlfriend Sarah makes these beautiful clutches and this punchy print is what hot summer dreams are made of. I will definitely be carrying it as much as I can over the next few weeks and it will certainly be joining me on our honeymoon. We’re thinking of Aruba! Have you been? If so, send over your thoughts!
I hope you all have an amazing weekend and are enjoying the last bit of summer!
