So when your photographer and BFF is a busy boss babe, one must rely on your soon-to-be Instagram Husband to take your photos!  Hence the familiar scenery lol!  But seriously, I just got this super cute lace-up beige tee from Jess Lea Boutique and couldn’t wait one more day to share it with you all.  Lace-up shirts and shoes are all the rage right now and I’m truly enjoying this fun trend.  I’m also embracing the knotted look, as well!  This shark-bite hem tee was the perfect length to try it out.  I usually opt for a front tuck when wearing looser shirts, but for some reason the sides looked too drapey when I did that.  So, I got creative and knotted to my heart’s content!  I love the silhouette it created while giving me some shape, without having to wear a tight, form-fitting shirt!  And because this lace-up tee is on the longer side, I can wear it with leggings, double yay!  Black leggings, white chucks, and a light-washed denim jacket would be the cutest casual weekend look – perfect for a trip to the Farmer’s Market!  Be sure to use code SABBYSTYLE when checking out at Jess Lea Boutique to receive a discount!

And do you spy those sandals I’m wearing? They are called Flatforms and are pretty much the best invention to ever exist!  I’m a short individual, only 5 foot 2 inches.  And because of my below average height, I usually do not enjoy wearing flat shoes.  I only wear them to work after days of wearing heels!  But I find that when summer rolls around and we are invited to many backyard parties, BBQ’s, pool parties, and outdoor sporting events, I am in a predicament as to what kind of shoes to wear.  I know I shouldn’t wear 4 inch wedges or my new platform heels, but I really want to feel confident and feminine in my casual attire.  But usually commensense wins and I end up wearing flat shoes – complaining the entire time and feeling self-conscious until I’ve had enough drinks that I don’t care anymore!  So, when I saw that “Flatforms” were the “it” shoe this season, I was like hell yes!  These sandals give me the height I so desperately crave but also provide sensibility and comfort – it’s a total win, win.  I normally won’t spend more than $30 on sandals but I knew I would be getting a ton of use out of these bad boys this summer!
