Hey girl heyyyy and happy Friday! Do you have any fun plans this weekend? Tomorrow Tony and I are going to his business partner’s co-ed baby shower and if it wasn’t going to be cold and rainy (boo-hiss!), I would definitely wear this adorable gingham off-the-shoulder dress that recently made its way into my closet! At the last minute, I bought this dress for the rewardStyle conference I attended last weekend, and I’m so glad I did because my first choice for day one didn’t pan out, so I was very happy that I had brought it with me!
I’m sure you’ve seen on the world wide web that gingham and check print is huge for Spring. From darling tops, to skirts, and dresses, this is such a fun print and it’s a great way to add interest to your wardrobe with out being too trendy! There are trends that are here for a hot minute, and then there are trends that come in waves, but will always be back. This gingham dress combines a variety of classic & trendy! Classic: The black and white print. It goes with every color and gives you endless style possibilities! Trendy: OTS. The off-the-shoulder trend is huge right now but has been bumped by the one-shoulder look, which is the latest & greatest version of this trendy look! Classic: The hemline is just perfect – not too short, not too long and the dress is fully lined! You can wear it for Church, family dinner, date-night (just add sexy heels!), a bridal shower, or backyard BBQ (swap heels for sandals!). It’s a great quality piece and worth the price tag, in my humble opinion. Classic and Fun – This dress has pockets! Need I say more? Nooooope.
Size Reference – I’m wearing an XS and it runs roomy!
