Hi babes and happy Friday! Today I’m bringing you this super cute and comfy gingham plaid dress from one of my fave little online boutiques, Peter Pyper! I love dresses that I can easily throw on when I’m running late and need to get my buns to work – which let’s be honest, is almost daily. Though I did read this article about how people who naturally run late are super smart and really caring so it’s totes ok! Moving on, this little ditty is very soft and has great shape and movement and is light-weight, making it a great Spring and Summer dress. I would say it runs slightly big (I ordered a Medium) but could definitely have gone with a Small. This dress is super versatile because it can be worn loose as a shift dress or it would be great with a skinny belt or a nice leather belt! I realized I didn’t have any of these said belts, so I opted to use my chambray shirt as a belt to cinch my waist and to add a layered element to this otherwise simple dress! And because you know I love to mix my patterns, I thought the leopard calf hair heels were just the right amount of fun and added a sassy edge. I let my printed dress and printed shoes do all the talking for this look, opting for minimal jewelry and went with a single bracelet. It’s the cutest gold dainty bangle, also from Peter Pyper! It looks similar to an Alex and Ani bracelets but the price is just a bit less, but equally as cute! If you follow me in the slightest on Instagram or read this blog every now and then, you may have noticed that I rarely depart from my signature “diamond” stud earrings. Different necklaces, shoes, bags, and watches on the daily? Yes. Different earrings? No. Never.
