Hi gals and happy Monday! How was your weekend? Friday night we went to the Creighton game, Saturday morning we took our sweet time getting out of the house and then met up with friends for a few hours in the evening, and Sunday I spent all day reorganizing and redecorating my office! Who else changes out their rugs and chair placements as much as you swap out your handbags?! I always feel refreshed and renewed when I tweak my office because it gives me so much inspiration to tackle my to-do list and to get sh*t done!
New purses also give me life, but since I’m planning a beast of a wedding, my expensive handbag habit is currently on-hold, whah whah. You gals know I love Tory Burch, Henri Bendel, and Kate Spade bags and they’ve had some great sales over the past few months that I had to pass on. But then my heavy, no new handbag heart, was uplifted upon the discovery of Shop Suey Boutique! This online boutique is a total gem in the big world of online stores and they offer the cutest, most stylish purses, sunglasses, and other accessories at incredible price-points. You can see bags from SSB, here, here & here, and this fringe beauty is one of their newest items! Fringe is super “in” for Fall and I love trying new trends, but will not & cannot spend half my mortgage on a fringe bag. This tan shade is so pretty and looks great with other neutrals, as well as bright colors. I opted to keep this outfit on the simple side, in order to let my shoes, bag, & sunglasses do all the talking! The weather here in Omaha has been really mild, and dare I say, even slightly warm. So open toe shoes are still going strong in my wardrobe lineup! I’m such a sucker for nude shoes and bag. It’s borderline not normal! I mean how many tan handbags can one girl have? Well when a bag like this fringe number is only $47 (with shopping discount), what’s a girl to do?!
