Hello friends! How was everyone’s week? I apologize for the lack of blog posts these past few days! I. Was. Exhausted. I needed a week to decompress and recover from our Gala last Saturday (which was super successful, btw and thanks so much for your kind words and well wishes!) and getting some things crossed off my long overdue to-do list! That being said, I am soooooo happy it is the weekend and a normal weekend, at that! I plan to spend lots of quality time with Tone and the pups, have a lazy morning in bed with multiple cups of coffee, doing some much needed grocery shopping, and of course, shooting some bloggity blog photos!
PIT // Even though we are grateful that Roger’s diabetes diagnosis is manageable and treatable, these vet trips and subsequent bills are getting outrageous! I would spend zillions of dollars on my dogs, like legit, I would, but good gosh there has to be a break soon! But I am reminded just how lucky we are that we have the means to give him a long and healthy life, so the complaining bus stops right here! If I have to not buy that pair of shoes or those white distressed jeans I’ve been eyeing, then so be it!
PEAK // Hearing so many lovely words of praise and support that our Team received after a successful fundraising event. You guys, I am so very blessed to work with such a talented and incredibly intelligent and cool group of women that inspire and drive me every day. The customer experience of our guests was 110% percent and people so generously poured their hearts and pockets out to support the amazing programs and services that our agency provides!
