Hi friends and happy last Saturday of 2017! FYI, it is SO COLD here in Omaha! No joke, today’s HIGH is 3. Three! Is this real life? The only saving grace from the frigid temps is that it’s been snowing almost every day. Hey, if we’re going to be freezing, at least give us something pretty to look at, right?! Thankfully I’ve been stocking up on lots of cozy sweaters so I’m prepared for a cold winter ahead and one of my new favorites is this darling pink knit! The bright pink naturally stole my heart me, but I also love the fun distressed detail & fringe on the hem and sleeves! It has a high neck which is definitely needed when trying to stay warm. V-necks are great but aren’t ideal in the dead of winter because they show just a little too much skin for my liking (and warmth)! This pretty pink sweater is a nice, longer length which is great for leggings, as well! When it gets into the single digits, all I reach for are cozy knits and staple basics, which means sweaters & leggings until further notice! Vibrant shades of pink were very popular for Fall and I’m happy to report that bold colors are trending for Winter, too.
Thank goodness leopard print is always on-trend haha because that is one print that I just won’t quit! But not all leopard prints are created equal. There’s a fine line between tacky and classic, so it’s important to find luxe looking prints that don’t look cheap! These booties are at a higher price-point but the quality and craftsmanship definitely warrants the price tag! You can find these booties at major retailers like Nordstrom, but my sweet friends at Amelia’s Boutique are offering my Sabby Style readers a 20% discount, which means only at Amelia’s will you get them at the lowest price!
